Dear Jim,
I wanted to write and
thank you for the great service we received this weekend.
Our air conditioner went out today. I called at 8:30 am and
your tech, Dave, returned my call within 15 minutes of receiving
it and was here and fixed it within 2 hours! We did purchase
the unit from you, so naturally we called you when we had a
problem. We have been very pleased with the unit and highly
recommend you to our friends.
After relaying the problem to Dave, he had us check the lines
to be sure they weren't frozen. He explained that if the line
was frozen that he could not fix the problem immediately until
it thawed out and didn't want us to have to pay the service
fee if that were the case. He also suggested checking a few
other things in order to save us money. He was great!
He did come out and in 2 minutes knew what the issue was and
fixed it. The storm we had the night before caused a brown
out (power surge) and apparently scrambled the relays.
Dave showed us where the fan outlet was in the heater shed
in the house; he unplugged it and plugged it back in and the ac
works. Should it happen again, we now know what to do to reset
the unit - a real plus for us. He also checked the freon while
he was here.

Dear Jim,
As a technical field home inspector for the Tucson Electric
Power Guarantee Home Program I uphold the program’s high
standards. One of the main areas I inspect is the HVAC rough-in,
and at the final inspection, the total operation of the system.
Approximately
a year ago we began a difficult, joint fast pace project
at Cortaro Casitas. It was then that I met you and your crew
assigned to the project. I must tell you that the constant
construction delays for one reason or another, and the completion
dead line pressure made it very interesting for all at times.
Nevertheless, the project’s HVAC and Final TEP Home Guarantee
Program inspections passed on time and with high marks.
The
factors that made my job easy were the cooperation, proficiency,
and professionalism displayed by your superintendent, Chandar
Sisk and his crew. Now, approximately one year later at the
near project’s completion I have been reassigned to other projects.
I would be remiss if I didn’t give credit where it’s due. Chandar
led his team with diligence through every rough-in installation
and operational check The few problems we encountered during
our inspection process he resolved quickly and at times on
the spot. His leadership ability deserves recognition. I look
forward to working with this true professional again at the
next project.

I just wanted to let you know how grateful
we are that you were able to come to our rescue so quickly.
You were able to exorcise our air conditioner which was possessed
by what looked like a family of squirrels...we were wondering
where the squirrel population had gone...It was especially
comforting to see a familiar face when I opened the door.
We'll see you when it's time to turn on the heater...

I called on a Saturday as a response to another
company not fixing my unit. Family Air responded within a
couple of hours. The staff were great as the work in my home
required a return visit. They were friendly, professional,
and the prices were reasonable for a weekend service. |
